Ms Tiffin Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective Date: June 27th 2025
1. Delivery Area
We deliver to select postal codes across the Lower Mainland of BC, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Delta, New Westminster, and parts of the Tri-Cities. Eligibility is determined by postal code at checkout.
2. Delivery Fees
Delivery rates vary by city and postal code and are automatically calculated at checkout. Pickup is always free from our Fraser Street kitchen.
3. Delivery Times
Deliveries are made between 11 AM and 7 PM daily. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
4. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your tiffin and no alternate instructions are provided, the delivery is considered complete and non-refundable. A redelivery may be arranged for an additional fee.
